Muhammad Yahya Aftab is a Fulbright Scholar and Service Design Lead at Ideate Innovation, specializing in UX research, human-centered design, and monitoring & evaluation. Yahya has led cross-functional teams to enhance fintech and public health services, notably redesigning Pakistan’s leading microfinance bank services for 3.5 million users and improving the RAAST payments system interface for over 32 million users.
