Mohammad is focused on bringing purpose to digital in government. He is a thought-leader in the areas of digital government, citizen centricity, customer experience, and an advisor to senior leaders in government and the public sector. He has obtained leadership training from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School, and holds a MBA. He after a successful 12+ years career in the UK government during the premiership of three Prime Ministers Margaret Thatcher, John Major and Tony Blair, Mohammad moved to the private sector and has now for 20+ years been advising and helping government and public sector organizations in the UK, Middle East, Australasia and South Asia on strategic challenges and digital transformation. He in particular has helped government organizations become more citizen-centric and achieve operational excellence by harnessing conventional and digital capabilities, and the power of design thinking and in particular has helped governments improve customer experiences by digitizing services. He has led a number of large strategic and transformational engagements across government and the public sector. Mohammad has authored a number of thought-leadership papers “How Can GCC Gov.
